I was robbed at this site. Somone cut off my lock and went through all my thing selecting what they wanted. I've filed a police report and I'm getting out!! Run down and falling apart. Terrible!

I have been trying to get a hold of these people for 2 months. Left over 6 messages with no return calls. Prices are good but you have to weigh the good and the bad. Sad that the customer service us so poor. Going to be interesting canceling our daughters unit when we move her out since they never respond. Not a good way to run a business.
They are so hard to get a hold of once you are a customer!! I worry it's gonna be difficult to cancel when we get our stuff out of storage.
Thieves! Rude, uncaring. Rats and mice everywhere. They will go trough your unit and look for valuables. Be late on rent even after renting it no payment isues for years, and they'll say it went to the dump and was destroyed. There's is no way that is what happened to beautiful paintings. (Thomas kinkade "lilac gazebo" with authenticity papers attached) antiques, and furniture. Lying theives.
