I had a deer run into the front side of my two week old Z71 Suburban which was my birthday present...I was so distraught. I called Dave who connected me with Danielle in the service department. Danielle took care of me from submitting photos to the insurance company, replaced the damaged areas with the correct parts. EXCEPTIONAL work was done..Thank you so very much for making me smile again... Customer service at its BEST!!!!
Its so odd and doesn't make any sense. The absolute single worst service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Tristan from the front end was evasive, incredibly (i mean like so rude you think you killed one of her family members) not only answering a single question with "I don't know", but wouldn't direct to a manager when asked several times. We're trying to have a service done, just wanted a question or two answered, and it's okay to not know, but just refusing to help is another. Then a service tech jumps in an... read more
