Baldwin always does a great job, I've been using them for years and bought my car from them. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is bc the last service I had done, I accidentally forgot to leave my keys with my receptionist when they came to pick up from my job and the gentleman who picked up my car was rude to my receptionist about it. I'm a CNA in a LTC facility, mornings are very busy and although it was my fault for forgetting, I just wish he hadn't been rude to her. This is however the only negative experience I... read more
I had a deer run into the front side of my two week old Z71 Suburban which was my birthday present...I was so distraught. I called Dave who connected me with Danielle in the service department. Danielle took care of me from submitting photos to the insurance company, replaced the damaged areas with the correct parts. EXCEPTIONAL work was done..Thank you so very much for making me smile again... Customer service at its BEST!!!!
Its so odd and doesn't make any sense. The absolute single worst service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Tristan from the front end was evasive, incredibly (i mean like so rude you think you killed one of her family members) not only answering a single question with "I don't know", but wouldn't direct to a manager when asked several times.
