A rear main seal that came with a brand new engine busted and somehow it's not covered under warranty even though it's one of the main pieces that hold oil in the engine. I supposedly have a 3 year warranty and have put less then 10000 miles on it. But an important main component for the engine is not covered and I was told it's because I caught it early enough and it didn't cause damage to the engine.
The work was very good and the Ladies upfront in service keep me up to date. The worst part was getting the camshaft in from parts depot. Was quite impressed with service.
