Tom Hoffman was very good at explaining all the details about what was covered under the cremation coverage. There was no pressure in choosing the cremation plan we chose. It's something our kids don't have to worry about when the time comes.
My brother and I were very pleased by the helpfulness of Tom Hoffman. I chose Baldwin on purpose because, unlike other cremation, funeral, insurance, end-of-life representatives that came and spoke to us, he seemed totally focused on what was helpful to us. Others always seemed to be under pressure to make us pick them for their services. They were in the business of "selling." Tom Hoffman seemed to be interested in serving us.
Tom Hoffman treated my husband and I with respect and answered all of our questions . We never felt any pressure from him to buy anything, he just told what was available and let us decide. I am so happy we were able to take care of our cremations while we are able too. Also it allows our family to know what we want and they don’t have to make any decisions. Thank you Tom!
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tom Hoffman who works in the Apopka Florida office. Tom was very pleasant and patient. He answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him. He made this situation as comfortable and easy as possible and I would recommend him for any of the services at Baldwin Brothers.
