I chose Baldwin Brothers of Fort Myers for my mother’s cremation based on a Hospice referral. Unfortunately, the experience involved multiple communication and service issues during an already difficult time. There was a delay in transporting my mother from my home due to internal miscommunication. I was later told I could pick her up on a specific day, but when I called to confirm, I was told the office was closed for a meeting and I would need to come the following day.
