I bought a vehicle financed through Navy Federal credit union. I was told it was in perfect condition and referred to a local auto shop as a second opinion. I purchased the vehicle that had a 30 day warranty attached at day 34 is when it began showing significant problems. First was the rack and pinion/ steering column, once I got that fixed at a for $892 dollars the transmission miss began to bleed out leaving me stranded on the road. Cost approximately $1400 to fix. Got a good deal on a great used car. Every time my wife gets in the Buick I bought a Baldwin Auto Sales, she tells me how much she loves the car.
This place is a joke. Do not do business with them. I went through a whole process of buying a 2004 Ford F-150. He took all my information over the phone. Filed a loan application, the whole way to pick up the truck today. Bank called me and made the deal and approved me. The owners son called me AFTER getting me approved and said that the truck was promised to a family friend. He pretty much hassled me and sold me this truck then turned around and took it away. On 9/27/2016 at 4:30pm I walked on to the car lot and requested to test drive one of their cars I saw on available online. This is the exact interaction I had with the salesman.
