Waited an hour after they gave us a 45 minute wait time. Ask them how much longer the wait would be and and they rudely replied another hour. Asked to speak to a manager where we finally after 15 minutes got Ruth. She was rude too. "Let me see where you are at on the list". They seated 5 groups that came in after us. We have been going to Baldos since it was in the building next to it and go there at least twice a month. After this service that we have received we will never go back. It was unacceptable.
