My wife and I went there for the first time they said it would be a 10 min. Wait. No problem but when you have people coming in with party's of 4,5 and 7 and they tell them it will be a 25 min wait and then 5min later they are being seated while you are still sitting there. 20 min later and they keep sitting party's of 3 or more. Just walk out!!!
My boyfriend and I have been coming there for years! I work in the customer service industry and waitressed years ago for a few years! I have to recognize outstanding service when we have it and tonight we had the sweetest waitress and she was so great her name was Belle which I loved! She became a favorite, when we return we will be asking for that young lady!!!
Good size portions great service the spinach and artichoke dip is the best. Love that you can get you pasta baked..
I went to Baldo's for my first time today. Food was real good but service was very slow. At least our waitress was. After about 15 -20 minutes I had to go to the counter and tell them our order wasn't even taken yet. After that. It still took her about 10 minutes to get to our table. When it should of only taken her a few minutes considering she had a table next to ours that she was waiting on.
The food is very average. The pasta was over cooked (lacked any firmness) and was poured on top of my veal. This was capped with a layer of cheese. If you want "food that sticks to your ribs" as my grandfather would have said then this is the place for you. If you want balanced flavors and well cooked pasta then I would not suggest this place. The services was very friendly and on their game. I would give the service a 4 and my food a 1.
