I had to see her associate because I had not been to the office in 3 yrs. I updated my info upon entering the office. Had a procedure done and they were to call with results the next week. It took 4 wks to hear from them. I had to call back because they did not update my info! They did not bother to change updated info on my chart.

Dr. Baldone was wonderful! She took her time and listened to my concerns. I was nervous about a spot and she made me feel so much better (Luckily it was nothing). Her nurses are very helpful too, every time I call they handle my requests with ease. Love her office and staff, highly recommend!

I would highly discourage anyone for seeing Dr. Baldone. Being a registered nurse I have some knowledge about proper procedure and bedside manner. Sadly, Dr. Baldone demonstrated neither when I was seen for a general mole screening. I was literally examined sitting in a chair which consisted of less than 2 minutes of examination and told I was fine. All areas of my body were not even visualized. Because I had atypical moles in the past I wanted all them closely examined. Very arrogant demeanor.

I am struggling with candida, hormonal imbalance, heavy metal toxicity, dysbiosis, and MTHFR gene mutation. Dr. Baldone is the fifth dermatologist I've seen for the eczema on my hands, and the ONLY dermatologist to acknowledge the validity of the previously mentioned diagnosis and their connection to the skin. Rather than prescribe me topical steroids or dangerous immunosuppressants, she emphasized the systemic nature of my problem and advised against symptomatic treatments. Very happy with her.
