I love it here ! The food is amazing and the people are the nicest people you will ever meet. There is plenty of covered tables to sit and music to listen to while you eat or wait. I personally love the lengua the most but the barbacoa is lean all meat and with homemade tortillas it’s all so delicious , all of it. Give it a try 🙂
Ordered 1lb of barbacoa. It was really good!! It was all meat!! Salsa was great too.
First time our family trying Baldo’s barbacoa and menudo and is was great. The taste was incredible, nothing but tender, savory meat even without adding salsa or lime to it. The menudo was great super tasty. Love the fact that it had a lot of meat (beef tripe) compared to other places where they give you just a lot of hominy only. This will definitely be our go to spot.
Fantastic barbacoa. The flour tortillas were so good. The only thing I didn't care for were the corn tortillas which looked store bought out of a package. The menudo was also very good and clean tasting if that makes sense. I'll definitely come back next time in in SA.
