My daughter and I were locked out in freezing temps at night. We were told to call Baldinos......they told me they could be there in roughly 8 hours.......and I would be charged the emergency fee. Well if it takes 8 hours how do they consider it an emergency???? And let's see would they want to be locked out with a small child in freezing temps?? I think not and I will not use or refer them EVER again!
They tried to charge me 500 dollars for a part that should have cost 160. When I complained to them I found out they actually replaced the wrong part all together. They cam out and picked up and swapped the old part again, told me they wouldn't charge me, then called and left a voice mail stating they had to charge me all the labor but 1/2 an hours worth. I will never use this company again and nor do I recommend you to either.
