Spectacular Views & Exceptional Dining at Waldorf Hilton Gemma at the Waldorf Hilton was absolutely spectacular! The view alone is worth the visit — truly breathtaking. This was a last-minute decision to dine, so I was incredibly lucky to secure a table at Baldi, the hotel’s Italian restaurant. The meal did not disappoint. Wonderful ! The vibe, service and foor were all fabulous. We sat in the bar area, although we expected to sit on the bar. We got a nice table and the server was excellent. The bread was delicious and so were the beef meatballs. The Chioccole pasta and chicken milanese were delicious. We finished with the wonderful and not too sweet apple pie. Great vibe and envy of sitting.
