I had to cancel a periodontal appointment because the office does not offer direct billing to insurance providers. While I understand that each practice can choose its own billing policies, periodontal treatment can cost thousands of dollars, and paying the full amount upfront is simply not feasible for everyone. I am VERY afraid of dental work in general, but Dr. Baldan and her excellent staff have been so wonderful in helping me get the work I need done in the best possible way.
