Completa estafa, dijeron que el carro que tenia de alquiler yo le hice un rallon donde no lo hice y lo.reportaron a mi seguro, lo que el no contaba que yo le tire foto al jeep el día que me lo entregaron. El gerente jeff es arrogante y tiene muy mala actitud.

This place is a rip off and the manager is a a complete liar besides his cocky attitude.He over charge me he said the jeep compass was $75.00 a day then he bills my insurance $85.00 a day and the sedan which should be cheaper was $85.00 to I guess which should be cheaper I would think. I'm disabled so I can get in and out of a sedan which he had to put me in for one day. It's a long story. I got the compass on a half a tank so I filled it @$23.00 and had the car 3 days. Not the best experience! I’ve encountered a problem with my vehicle and I was referred to Bald Hill Rentals. Things been going smoothly and I’ve had a rental with them for the past 10 months now, With a weekly rate of $231.00. Lately, I’ve been getting charged different weekly amounts, $454.98 one week than $305.17 etc.. After making a call to Bald Hill Rentals about these charges they did always help me and refund the correct amount back to my bank account. Gave me a Jeep Compass with a slow leak in the front passenger tire. I informed them, but so far no response. First thing I had to do after getting the car was bring it to fill the tire. It was at 12 PSI. There's zero chance the guy delivering it did not notice that it was that low. That's dangerously low, and now I have to put air in it every few days that I'll have this car, hopefully not longer than a week. What a joke.
