Great customer service! Was gifted a belt that was the wrong size and the store it was purchased ended up closing but BHB allowed me to exchange it anyways! I really appreciate you guys doing that.

Near immediate response from owner when I sent an email with an issue. Great clothes and customer service.
Poor customer service. Rarely open during posted business hours. Overpriced, poorly made merchandise.
