I ordered a shirt online. They took money out right away but I never received email or product. They are very hard to get a hold of by phone and don’t respond to emails. I finally messaged them asking about my order. All I got was a respond saying shirt was out of stock. Why take my money if you cant fulfill my order?

Haven't been to the store, but I bought one of their belts online as a gift for my father in-law. He loves it - it's so unique! The shop was a pleasure to deal with - they even gave me a partial refund when I noticed they were offering discounts the day after I made my purchase. Amazing customer service!
Ordered and charged for a long sleeve tee. Received a short sleeve tee. Contacted company who assured me they would send out the correct item. That was well over a month ago, still no shirt. Hopefully everyone else received the correct item they've ordered because if not you're f*cked.
