I wanted to get an estimate for my concrete driveway and the owner called we had a good chat but it was very unusual that he wanted the owner to hold his hand and walk the drive way with him in order for him to give an estimate. Owner does not seem to understand the dangers of Covid Pandemic. I gave him the permission to walk the drive way but he just refused and said owner has to walk the drive way with us.
I had a back deck repaired and Bald Eagle replaced lots of concrete for pathway to my front door and around the house to garage. There was a minor issue with some nails not fully flush with deck and Kevin responded immediately to fix the nails. Kevin and all workers were courteous and professional and the work looks wonderful!
Bad experience on a 5k new concrete driveway. Wasn't explained to me that the new driveway elevation would not match the existing conditions. When I questioned this Kevin Wood was extremely rude and blamed me for the poor result. My advice, look elsewhere.
