What a pity that New home warranties are so short. We had a house built roughly 8 years ago in the Lino Lake Area, and are slowly realizing the shoddy workmanship of BALD EAGLE BUILDERS INC. Basement Plumbing that doesn't flush properly, Unstable garage stairs, and more recently, Electrical issues stemming from using Branched Circuits, most likely a Cost Saving Measure employed by this sub-par company. In the end I believe we have a decently built house, however we feel our experience could have been a lot better. Pre-contract we met with Jason to go through details and budget, which went great. As the actual build went on, Jason became more out of the picture (which to a certain degree is expected), but then when we were trying to get updates it felt very difficult to get ahold of anyone that truly could make a decision or knew an answer. Bald Eagle Builders build our house 6 years ago. They were fantastic to work with throughout the building process and even came back to repair the home after a hail storm a couple years ago. Jason and his team is highly recommended.
