Stephanie is so lovely! Recently moved into the area and was exploring the neighbourhood, when I came across Balconi. The outside arrangements were beautiful and Stephanie was so welcoming and helped me put together a gorgeous bouquet for my space based on a vase I had. Highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing experience here! I usually just get grocery store flowers, but was recommended an actual florist for a nice bouquet for my sister's 30th. The owner was so so sweet and asked questions to make just the right arrangement. When we realized it must be cat friendly (after she already made it), she didn't hesitate to thoughtfully remake it and check each flower type. Such a genuinely great experience here, I will definitely be back in the future!
Stephanie is hands down the most talented and artful florist in Vancouver. Her floral arrangements are truly breathtaking—so thoughtfully composed and absolutely stunning. You can tell she takes real pride in her work, and it shows in every petal and stem. Spontaneously needed a flower arrangement for early Mother’s Day event and Stephanie delivered beyond any expectations I could’ve had. Had wonderful conversations while she quickly did an arrangement for my mother after asking a few questions what my mother was like and it was just such an organic interaction resulting in one of the best arrangements I’ve gotten in Vancouver for the cost I was charged - my mom loved it and she has such a keen eye for blooms.
