I've had a consistently frustrating experience with the front office, and that is the main reason I’m leaving this review. The administrative staff is rude and it makes interacting with the practice unnecessarily stressful. Their website is poorly designed and confusing to navigate. Instead of a centralized portal, you have to locate your specific provider’s page through an unintuitive system. I have to abandon this office and find another provider. Been a patient for 5 years and they have never once answered the phone when i call. I mean not once EVER in 5 years.
Got screwed over , provider left Begins with an M was not told. I have been off meds so many times, because i cant reach anyone to make an appointment. They haven't bill my insurance correctly because last year and this year none of the charges went towards my deductible, i was paying full price, i only found out a week ago.
I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people! My provider, Mirella is absolutely amazing. I’ve been working with her since mid 2023 and I’ve never felt happier in my life. I have anxiety and sever depression and working with her/getting on medication has completely changed my life. The front desk staff is also very kind and helpful. Thank you all for doing what you do!!
Can’t speak highly enough of Kendall Altaffer. She is patient and clearly knows her stuff. I can always depend on her. Thank you for your help over the years!
