I have never had an issue w/ the receptionist or the providers here and I've been seeking care here for around 8 years! Kendall and Jamie are amazing and they work hard to provide the best care.
Ashley Nottebart at Balcones Psychiatry and Mental Health is honestly amazing! She’s super easy to talk to, really listens, and makes you feel totally comfortable. Her approach to figuring out what works best for you—whether it’s therapy or medicine—is spot-on and never feels rushed. I’ve had a really positive experience at this office. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful and kind. I understand that with so many providers here, they manage a high volume of patients and calls, and it shows how hard they work to keep everything running smoothly.
