Absolutely love my doctor. Honestly one of the best. Now as for his receptionist. Not a big fan. She was supposed to call in medication for approval been days and still hasn’t done it. And when my appointment link was sent. I was given me a different address. So I went to it. Mind you this is my first time going . She called me a liar. I guess I can just manifest the address to a place I’ve never been to. And was told I can reschedule only after being 10 min late getting to the correct location or wait another hour. I've been going to pain management for years and these doctors actually listens and explains what is happening to you. They take pride in helping you lessening the pain you're going through.
My scheduled appt time was 10:45am and I didn’t see the doctor until 11:50am. I was not told they were running behind by over an hour (or at all) when I checked in. I only found out because I asked after waiting. The doctor is great but our appointment felt very rushed because of the delay. Please call your patients ahead of time if you’re that far behind. Our time is valuable too.
Visited this provider for the first time over two weeks ago to have "gel knee injections" set up. My insurance company has not received any Pryor authorization information from at all. Upon looking at information in their portal I noticed that it looks like they contacted the wrong insurance company... I went back to there office in Cedar Park Tx on a Monday afternoon to find out it was locked up even though the website stated it was open.
