TLDR: would not call me back, would not tell me appointment availability Called to try to schedule an appointment after receiving a referral from my orthopedic surgeon. The receptionist (with a very thick south-asian accent) said that they had an unusually high call volume and to give him my name and phone number and he would call me back later that day. I really liked meeting with Dr. Ganti and going over the best possible treatment for my back pain but good luck in getting any type of follow up appointment for the recommended procedure. I have been hung up on, transferred to no one who would answer, promised a call back and NOTHING! I am getting ready to give up and call my primary to let them know trying to deal with Capitol Pain Clinic is useless

Absolutely love my doctor. Honestly one of the best. Now as for his receptionist. Not a big fan. She was supposed to call in medication for approval been days and still hasn’t done it. And when my appointment link was sent. I was given me a different address. So I went to it. Mind you this is my first time going . She called me a liar. I guess I can just manifest the address to a place I’ve never been to. And was told I can reschedule only after being 10 min late getting to the correct location or wait another hour. I've been going to pain management for years and these doctors actually listens and explains what is happening to you. They take pride in helping you lessening the pain you're going through.
