I would not recommend Balcones OBGYN to anyone. Dr. Binford and her staff are chronically unavailable and their on-call partner physician has only four words in his vocabulary: Go to the ER. The nurses are inexperienced, apathetic, or both. I was under the care of Dr. Binford's office for less than four weeks as I was treated for a missed miscarriage. I have been a patient of Dr Binford for several years and have always felt at ease and well taken care of. The staff takes their time to address your concerns and truly goes above and beyond in their care. I had my first child last spring and wouldn’t have wanted to be anywhere else during my pregnancy! Dr Binford and her nursing staff took their time to answer all of my first time Mom questions and concerns, and I felt so encouraged to have the natural birth I wanted.
