On January the 27th while trying to get my truck out of the facility on Balch road after parking here for over 30 days, mind you this while paying to park here under an established contract that I signed and making payments for. I discovered that after 30 days of going in and out of this facility, I was told that I was parking my truck at the wrong location, which is less than 5 mins away from my house. Imagine that!!
