I have been going to this office for several years now and overall I am very happy with this office. There is going to be ups and downs with everything in life so I guess it's just how you experience them yourselves. They have moved locations and the new office location and parking situation is fantastic.

I been seeing Dr Balch for over 8 months now. He is very professional and he has gone out of his way to fine out the reasons for my pain. The only negative things that I have to say about his office, is the long wait time, and the ladies working in front. The ladies working up front don’t answer the phones, nor respond to messages within 48 hours, and when they call you, they don’t leave a message stating their name and the reason for their call. I would have rated office higher but for these things.
I have been seeing Dr Robert Balch for 7 months. He is one of my favorite Doctors to see and has helped my pain extremely. He is kind hearted and really listens and cares about his patients. I just wish they had an emergency after hours way to get a hold of him when you go to the hospital. I have had very positive results from him and his staff. He works really hard and long hours to accommodate all his patients. He is also I-candy and sweet to look at!! lol Thanks for all you do for us Dr Robert Balch
