I have been going to this clinic for a few years now and everything was going okay until the last few visits. I’m not sure what is going on but Dr Balch seems completely spaced out lately. She keeps cancelling my appointments with very little notice and for the rare times I have been to see her, she is so distracted texting and joking with the medical assistant and not paying attention to my medical needs.
