One of the best pain mgt clinics I have had to work on my pain issues. Dr. Burns is one of the best, she listens to all my concerns and addresses them immediately. The whole staff of Dr,s are very professional and knowledgeable Robert, Cali Balch even the staff is the best in the world. I give them 100% all across the board to each and every one that is part of their crew.
I have been going to this office for several years now and overall I am very happy with this office. There is going to be ups and downs with everything in life so I guess it's just how you experience them yourselves. They have moved locations and the new office location and parking situation is fantastic.

I been seeing Dr Balch for over 8 months now. He is very professional and he has gone out of his way to fine out the reasons for my pain. The only negative things that I have to say about his office, is the long wait time, and the ladies working in front. The ladies working up front don’t answer the phones, nor respond to messages within 48 hours, and when they call you, they don’t leave a message stating their name and the reason for their call. I would have rated office higher but for these things.
