I have a Dreammaker Spa with a Balboa RS101 Controller in it. Whatever spa you decide to buy, make it DOES NOT HAVE A BALBOA CONTROLLER! My heater quit after 2 years and needed a new controller because a small relay died. I figured “oh well things happen). Now about 2 years again and the same thing has happened!! They obviously make cheap products and charge a fortune for replacement parts. May see if I can change to a new controller from a different company…
As a service Technician at a customers house trying to resolve my customers issue with your products why don’t you offer over the phone Tech Support????? Email support does not cut it in this business. Terrible!
We bought our spa in February we tried connecting the connect my spa app immediately had problems. Ended up calling customer service and spoke with CJ. He was so helpful. We had problems connecting for over month and CJ couldn't figure out why we couldn't connect but we finally got it fixed. CJ worked really hard on figuring out our issue. Very nice guy.
It's the best company I have ever worked for Hands down and hats off to them
