The walls are paper thin, noisy and nosy neighbors. The surrounding area of the condo was beautiful but living there was a nightmare
Our family car got stolen from our parking spot inside the gated community in front of our rental unit. They didn’t change lock codes there are no cameras and no notification to the neighbors through the community email. Homeless lurk in the trash cans and know the lock codes.
Parking is terrible. One parking spot per unit, no matter how many bedrooms you have. No access to the back street and it you get home after 5 that's where you'll be parking. Been towed 3 times since living here and at least 50 tickets. A street full of apartment complexes and the can't get the parking situation figured out.
