Horrible experience. Our Balboa realtor let another balboa realtor schedule 15 people to inspect my home. There was zero coordination between the realtors and myself. It was a miserable experience. Never use this group! They are unprofessional and do not respect people. Paul tanner ??? Was an absolute joke and should not be in the real estate business.
Denver Lane made everything a breeze for us. He made us feel comfortable buying our new home from start to finish. He was always available to assist us with questions throughout the process and was very easy to communicate with. He is very knowledgeable and his welcoming personality is consistent throughout the process. His customer care shines through his work. Highly recommended!!!

Horrible!! We had Ryan as our property manager and he sucks! Lack of communication! From the day we tried to move in coming from another state it’s always scary and sketchy it was so hard to get reply’s back everything was text message once we moved in we had multiple issues they left garbage cans full of trash had to pay to have removed we then didn’t get a mailbox key till a month later when I decided to pay for a new one !
