This company may do well with selling homes, but please don't rent from them. Read the other reviews and don't learn the hard way like we did. We chose a townhome based on the rental price of $1895. When we received the lease, the monthly cost was over $2500. They charge for HOA, premium fee and other fees that rentals don't normally charge. I have only lived in one of their properties for a little over a month. Everything has been smooth and the house is better than described.
