My sister and I recently stayed at BBC. We had a wonderful time and appreciated the great help of the concierge staff—Angela, Ted and Nicole. I’m celebrating my birthday early and was delighted to receive some wonderful Chocolate covered Strawberries from them. Was that a conference. Food was awesome. Service was even better. Places amazing
The facility itself is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the views. The room was also very nice. Unfortunately, for the price and the level of resort this is supposed to be, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. There is currently renovation happening in the lobby, which made getting around a little inconvenient. We were also placed on the member side of the property.
