I recently had my father's Celebration of Life here at this resort. Be aware to finalize everything in writing. They have temporary staff in sales as their sales manager left almost a year ago. Even if you verbally confirm with them that you won't pay for a certain service, they provide it and tell you that it was done and charge your credit card on file. Our stay at Balboa Bay Resort was truly unforgettable. This trip began as a simple wish for my wife Sally's 60th birthday: dinner at Nobu. Twenty-five years ago, shortly after the birth of our son Alek, Sally was diagnosed with bladder cancer.
