I love the fact that I can call in time after time and have our transport needs met. The “one stop shop” solution has worked great for our staff so we don’t waste our time curling around! Balboa handles all of our needs!

I did a ride along with my mother who was being transported to another facility, and I have to say that the crew was very professional and caring to me and my mother. They treated us as if we were family!

Balboa Ambulance did an excellent job of presenting themselves to our school and staff. They discussed the importance of their job duties and professional skills needed to do their jobs! Our students were very excited about the ambulance tour and our staffs were impressed on how well-maintained the ambulance is and how professional the uniforms are!

Balboa’s billing department was very helpful in explaining on insurance needs for transport. What is covered and what is not covered in regards to Gurney changes. Balboa Ambulance was the only company that explained the process and made it easy to understand!
