This guy owns a plaza in Cambridge that is very poorly managed. There is excess garbage, the lawn (more like weeds) are overgrown and rodents are observed frequently. Community members have voiced concern to Balbir directly and have been met with hostility.
We had a very bad experience with a tenant recommended by Balbir Natt. He strongly vouched for the tenant, but they ended up not paying rent, damaging the property, and breaking the lease. Balbir’s recommendation caused us a lot of financial and emotional stress. Based on our experience, we do not trust him and would not recommend him for any real estate dealings. Landlords—please do your own checks and don’t rely on his word alone.
