There should be stylists at this place that know how to do their job and may reject to proceed if they notice your hair is not gonna look good after they dye it or is gonna end up so weak that is gonna fall and look awful. I had a terrible experience with them. Will never ever go back to them, I was charged for the hair color that I didn’t want. I showed them something and the lady did something else. I was the first customer went at 10am and left the place at 4pm. Many came and left even though we were using the same Groupon deal and getting the same thing done. Very very disappointed because I wasted almost $300 in there and wasn’t satisfied at all.
