Would give 10 starts if I could. The first hairdresser who REALLY took the time at the start of the appointment to discuss and truly understand what I wanted and nailed it. Lynn talked me through the "journey" of the appointment, explaining what she would do at each step. The end result was brilliant, I love it. Lynn is a super talented hair stylist, and a very nice person to be around. She loves her job and makes everything look easy - styling, cutting, coloring - even though it's not easy at all. Lynn is a perfectionist in cutting and styling, and above all a master colorist. She deeply cares about always mixing the exact right color for my hair, which is really important. I highly recommend Lynn's exceptional work!

This place is my favorite hair salon I’ve been to by far. I’ve been there twice now and I love what Lynn does with my hair. She’s also super nice and communicative and patiently answers all of my questions.
Lynn is super helpful and knows what she’s doing. She was so helpful in guiding me through care and applying color at home. And she’s conveniently located in the heart of Palo Alto. One pointer is park in the right location! She usually guides you as to where to park.
