camille did an amazing job on my hair!! she squeezed me in same day and transformed my self confidence. it was such a comfortable experience. i can’t wait to come back!! <3
Waited 30 minutes for my appointment while Andrea was finishing up with a client. I asked her if I could make a brief call for work. She was still with the client by this point. She got upset that I was on the phone when it was no longer than 5 min. When I got off the phone she cancelled my appointment and refused to see me saying that she was too upset to service me. I was not upset, I never raised my voice, I offered to let her skip the blowout if she was running behind. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend
I don’t want to recommend this to anyone as they really don’t know how to to balayage at all they have ruined my hair by doing it wrong , I had the worst experience that I had to go back to another salon to get my hair fixed also they charge u full but service so bad and bad attitude not worth it at all 0 marks for them
My first time visiting this salon booked with Andrea and Anastasia absolutely loved my hair everyone there is super friendly and nice.They offer you everything including drinks and coffee!!!💟
This was my first time visiting this salon. I booked with Melanie to fix a bad highlight job by another salon, and then a bad box dye job I did myself to cover it. Before: first picture shows red at roots and green at ends. After: Melanie corrected all the issues - she was amazing and the results were better than expected. I'm no longer embarrassed about my hair and will be working with Melanie exclusively going forward! BTW all the stylists were so fun and kind during my appointment. Great experience!
