Been going to Chelsi for a couple years now, and I would not trust anyone else in LA with my hair at this point! I see her every 3-5 months and have done partial/full balayage, toner, a quick gloss, layering, and trims. Chelsea has been doing my balayage for years. She does an amazing job every time!! I always walk out looking amazing. I can’t recommend enough.
