Floors were ok but molding was installed in a poor and haphazard way. Our walls damaged, leaving deep scrapes in the sheetrock. We have young kids and razor blades and staples were left in our yard. The co owner Dylan wasn't familiar with local fire code requirements for the fireplace. What was most irritating was that both owners, Dylan and Hilton Kill were rude and unhelpful when we spoke with them about getting the molding issues fixed. I expected better customer service. It pains me to write a bad review for a small business being a small business owner myself, but my experience with Dylan was too painful to not warn others. This was a full house sand and finish job for flooring that I did not originally install in my personal home. I’m a developer and interior designer and Dylan was incredibly difficult to work with for the following reasons: 1.
