It pains me to write a bad review for a small business being a small business owner myself, but my experience with Dylan was too painful to not warn others. This was a full house sand and finish job for flooring that I did not originally install in my personal home. I’m a developer and interior designer and Dylan was incredibly difficult to work with for the following reasons: 1.
