Amazing massages at this business- I have worked with many of the therapists and have consistently benefited.
Update after reading owner's response: The owner absolutely said nothing when she left the room nor re-entering when she returned. She merely began the massage again. I then asked her where she had gone. Next, the way to introduce yourself to EACH client is to say, Hi, my name is ______ I will be your massage therapist today. My husband said only his therapist him her name. Even if she did tell him both names, that doesn't address that I wasn't told anyone's name.
