Our 2014 taxes weren't processed due to a missing signature but we didn't know that until contacting a tax advocate about March of 2016. We are now waiting for 2015 taxes to be prepared. I’ve emailed a few times to explain that the problems have been taken care of with the last reply stating "and will try to have your returns completed by the end of next week” that was received July 21 while also stating “the extension is through October 15”.
