Great program, it takes only 2-3 hours of my week. Belinda has been giving me nutritional advise and one-on-one training. I lost 10 pounds in the first 4 weeks. The bad news: I had to buy new clothes, I went down one size in both pants and shirts. I feel very well and I keep working on my figure now that my weight is not a concern anymore.
I can't say enough great things about BalanceDiet Buckhead. I drive past numerous gyms and personal trainers to get to Ekow, 3-4 times a week! My entire body composition is changing and old clothes are NEW AGAIN:-)

I'll share the good news, last Saturday and yesterday I ran 3.1 miles (5k) in under 30 minutes. I haven't done that in YEARS.
