My lower has herniated degenerative discs. When I over do it they will hurt so bad it hurts to sit or walk. Dr. Marylin can manipulate them where the pain stops. Sometimes the weather will set them off once again she can make it stop. My neck is bad from a bad accident in 2008. Same thing she does her thing. Knowing I can make the pain stop takes away a huge amount of anxiety, which that alone can tighten everything down and cause pain.
