Beautiful facility with a wonderful caring staff!
I had a disappointing experience at Balanced Recovery Center. I attended on a scholarship and was housed via the VA in another town. While some clients with commercial insurance received Uber transportation, I had to arrange my own rides daily. The program could not assist through MA Health. As a veteran with decades of trauma, I expected care from experienced, licensed clinicians.
