Balanced Property Solutions was contracted out to measure my entry door by The **** *****. I put the order in on Jan 25, 2020. Mr. D***** came to my home, was on time and made the measurements. He also conducted a lead paint test. The test came back positive since my home was built in 1927. Balanced Property Solution then had to send another employee out to perform the same lead paint test and have me sign a paper agreeing that I had lead paint. I have loved living in this apartment for almost 5 years....UNTIL I actually had a problem I needed assistance with. My AC has broken 4 times THIS SUMMER ALONE, it is currently around 100 degrees with heat index, the AC is out, and I literally cannot get a property manager to return my call. It's absolutely insane that I do not have a direct line of communication to a property manager, that I cannot get a single person from Balanced Property Solutions to return my calls or even IMPLY that my needs matter whatsoever. This place is awful.they lost 3 of our rent checks and then gave us a eviction notice with no warning they they never received it. I have all of the slips to prove it but can't get a hold of anyone. Then our fridge has been broken for months the frezzer is out and the fridge only gets cold every few days but then frezzes everything. I have left so many messages and never heard back.
