Fast very nice and professional
This is the first time I have needed a plumber since moving to the Dekalb area. I did a little research on the What's Happening Dekalb Facebook page and saw that they were recommended by many people. I gave them a call and they were able to get me on their schedule within a couple of days. They did let me know up front there would a call out fee. You were recommended to fix a plumbing issue. I called, and made an appointment. It was going to be a week and half before you could get to me. Morning of appointment you call and say " so sorry we don't do trailer homes". You had a week to figure that out. Very upset!
