After our experience with Balanced Mama, I consider having a doula by your side at birth absolutely necessary. You expect guidance and useful experience, which was provided in spades, but it really opened my eyes to the benefits of having a third-party advocate with you in the hospital environment. Their doula service is priceless - I cannot recommend Balanced Mama enough.
Cora and her team are AMAZING! Not only did they walk through everything, from how to be the best partner for your pregnant wife, how to massage her, how to be on the delivery day, to the positions, strategies, and all of the knowledge when it comes to this moment in life. My wife had an unmedicated birth, and if it was not for Cora, Alison, Melanie, and Dezaray it would not have been possible. Thank you Balanced Mama, you guys Rock!
Cora is the absolute BEST! With her help, I was able to achieve my goal of a natural, unmedicated hospital birth. She was amazing and there for me and my husband throughout the entire process. I will not be giving birth again without her!!!! Seriously the best money ever spent. She was truly a God-send and I couldn’t have done it without her. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.
Every service I've used at Balanced Mama has been top-tier. Cora's massages and body balancing, the birth class, the Big Blue Blanket meetings, and I cannot leave out working with Desiree as my doula.
