I really enjoyed taking this course. Eating correctly was huge. Our diet has completely changed. We will be able to follow this forever. I gained so much knowledge about the importance of sleep, rest, meditation, the use of a sauna, and overall good health and what it feels like. Thanks so much Emily and Karen! I absolutely love everything about BLFM! My health coach Karen was absolutely wonderful, informative and very easy to talk to. My meetings with Dr. Emily were just as good and I’m so thankful for all their knowledge! Being a healthcare professional myself I still learned so much that I didn’t know! I have experienced a couple of other functional medicine outfits along the way. The personal touch and support I have received with Dr. Emily and the group is unmatched. This arena is complex and can be hard to navigate. Having a team that follows up in detail after testing is especially important to me. Yoko is also amazing as a health coach. I am incredibly happy here and feel my health goals are in reach.
Dr. Emily is amazing! She spent time with me to fully understand my situation - both mind and body. That included childhood history/illnesses, current physical concerns as well as mental health/stressors that can impact my physical health.
