It’s always a great experience visiting the BIC office. The staff are professional and make you feel comfortable and at home. They’re super easy to communicate with & truly care about your overall well being.
Dr.Jen was amazing. She spent so much time with me going through all my issues. I can’t wait for my next appointment because I know she really cares and wants to help. I’m 53 and she really listened about all my pre-menopausal symptoms. She made me feel so comfortable and I am a patient for life now.
I felt like they were caring for my entire being, not just treating a symptom. I didn’t feel rushed out like I typically do with doctors. And I appreciate the thorough plan for future visits.
