I was very pleased and impressed with how well Bailee explained the procedures to me and then again later Kaci explained them to me over again. They were both professional, but also light-hearted and funny. They put my mind at ease and took my mind off the procedures. I had Botox injections and lip filler to give my lips a fuller even appearance.
