Suffered a back spasm and began physical therapy at Balanced Flow to heal. The team not only catered specific recovery and strengthening exercises to my immediate needs, but created a plan to build an even healthier version of myself post-injury. I proudly return weekly (despite feeling better than ever) to continue strengthening my performance in all rec activities —marathons, soccer, etc. A+++!!

Guinn is amazing! I’m a very insecure/ anxious person and came in to get treatment to help aid my core muscles after my c section & bilateral salpingectomy. Guinn helped me feel comfortable, confident, and validated as she was guiding me. While I was struggling Guinn was VERY encouraging which helped me the most mentally overall! I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff are here. Everyone is incredibly kind and knowledgeable from the front desk to the doctors. They know everyone by name, and no matter which PT you work with they are very aware of your prior exercise, history, etc. I like that I get to work with all of the PTs, as they do know your history and provide consistency in your exercises, but they all bring their own personality and experience to the table so you learn something about the exercise, your form, your muscle engagement, from e... read more
