I had my air conditioners serviced today by the nicest guy! He made me feel like he really cared about the quality of his work. Balanced Comfort is lucky to have him, and so was I. Thanks Humberto Martinez.
Demetrius was great! He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my plumbing options. I will definitely call Balanced Comfort again.
The technician spent a good amount of time tuning our system up. It appears to be a fair and honest evaluation for Proactive maintenance included with this service.
A/C unit went out, we were given a same day appt, our tech was punctual, very professional, explained the issue with pictures and went over the work order and costs thoroughly. I opted to only pay diagnostic fee of $49. Will use again!
