I locked up my back during a routine pre-workout warmup yesterday. I have worked out for 10+ years straight. I was just in a normal lunge-stretch (part of the warmup I do 4 times a week) and somehow couldn't stand up afterwards. It might be my Psoas, my Iliacas, my QL...not sure.
