While spending a week training for the Lake Placid Ironman, I scheduled an appointment with Tim Chien for a little preventative maintenance before my hardest weekend efforts. He was exceptional in tailoring the session to address tight/tender muscles and fascia and flushed the fatigue from my legs. His attention to an old shoulder injury also prevented pain from flaring during my long run. We found this place by chance on google and it was the best find ever! I spoke with Shelly earlier in the week, and she was extremely personable and pleasant, and then meeting her and Tim for a couples massage sealed the deal. They are friendly, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I've had more massages than I can count over the years, from several different practitioners and this by far blew them out of the water. So happy we decided to opt for a couples massage vs snowmobiling on our weekend away in Lake Placid. After running 7 miles that morning It was the perfect way to end a great day. Both Tim and Stephanie are awesome! We will definitely come back.
